  2. Courier Service
    • The Company guarantees prompt and secure delivery of parcels and documents.
    • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  3. Removal Services
    • The Company offers relocation services for homes and offices, handling all aspects of the move.
    • Clients must ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transport.
  4. Crate Hire
    • The Company provides crates for secure transportation and storage.
    • Clients are responsible for returning crates in good condition. Any damage or loss will be charged to the client.
  5. Packaging Supplies
    • The Company offers a variety of packaging supplies for purchase.
    • Clients are responsible for the correct use of these supplies to ensure the safety of their items.
  6. Man and Van Moving Services
    • The Company offers flexible and cost-effective moving services for smaller relocations.
    • The same level of professionalism and care as full-scale removal services is maintained.

Payment Terms

  • Clients agree to pay for the services in accordance with the rates provided at the time of booking.
  • Payments must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any damage or loss of goods unless caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees.

  • Clients must notify the Company of any claims for damage or loss within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Insurance

  • Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value items.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel their service request without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Company and are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the items to be transported.
  • Clients must ensure that items are properly packed and labeled.
  • Clients must be available at the agreed times for pick-up and delivery.

Privacy Policy

  • The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested.
  • The Company will not share personal information with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
